Espanet2021 – Call for Papers and Opening Registration

This is a call for papers for the ESPAnet 2021 Online conference. Additionally, we would like to inform you that the conference registration has now opened.

Abstract submission
To submit an abstract of a paper that you wish to present, please create an account in the conference management tool and upload your abstract by indicating the thematic stream to which you wish to submit: https://www.conftool.pro/espanet2021(A list of all streams can be found on the conference website.)

The deadline for abstract submission is 18 April 2021.
Abstracts should have a maximum length of 400 words (including references) and submitted as PDF. When uploading your abstract, please mention (all) author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address(es). In case of more than one author: please list the contact person first and let this person be the one who submits the paper.

Abstracts will be ranked by stream convenors, but it is the conference committee who will inform successful applicants by 31 May 2021. Please bear in mind that the decision about acceptance of the paper will exclusively be communicated to the person who submitted the paper via the conference management tool.

Registration
You can register to the conference via this link: https://www.kuleuven.be/register/en/espanet-2021/
There are two important registration deadlines:
– final registration for paper presenters: 1 July 2021
– final registration for non-presenting participants: 22 August 2021

Please note that the deadline for presenters on 1 July is a strict and definitive one. That is, initially ‘accepted papers’ of which no presenter is registered by 1 July will be taken out of the programme to make space for papers which were initially given the status of ‘discussion paper’.
