Five post-doctoral positions at the Department of Social Sciences and the Carlos III-Juan March Institute of Social Sciences

The Department of Social Sciences and the Carlos III-Juan March Institute of Social Sciences (IC3JM) at Carlos III University of Madrid seek to appoint up to five post-doctoral positions starting in September 2020. The post-docs will have a double affiliation at the Department of Social Sciences and at the IC3JM.

The positions are in International Relations, Research Methods in Social Sciences, Sociology and Economic History. Applicants must have received a PhD after September 1st, 2017 or have completed their PhD by September 1st, 2020. The appointment will be for three academic years. The positions have a teaching load of three courses per year (each course implies 3 hours a week of teaching during 14 weeks).

The annual salary is 34.743 euros (gross) in 14 payments (extra payments in June and December). The postdocs have a 1.000 euros annual allowance for research expenses. As a public institution, the University Carlos III of Madrid is an equal opportunity employer.
